Before You Arrived

  • Check-in: Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The opening orientation circle begins at 4:00 PM — please arrive in time to settle in before we begin together.
  • Check-out: By 11:30 AM on Day 5. Late check-out may be arranged subject to availability at an additional charge
  • Digital Detox Windows: This retreat includes designated phone-free periods — primarily silent mornings (5:30–8:30 AM) and all nature excursions. Please come prepared to honour this agreement for the benefit of all participants.
  • Partial Silence Protocol: Silent mornings are observed each day until after breakfast. This is not a full silent retreat — conversation is welcome during afternoons and evenings. Speaking is encouraged to be gentle, intentional, and minimal during quiet hours.
  • No Prior Experience Required: This retreat is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All mindfulness and yoga sessions are offered in an accessible, non-dogmatic format. You are always free to modify or rest.
  • Dietary Needs: All meals are organic and plant-based. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
  • Group Size & Flexibility: A maximum of 12 participants per batch ensures intimate, personal attention. The schedule may adapt to weather, group energy, or unforeseen local conditions — your cooperation and openness are warmly appreciated.
