  • Check-in: Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Orientation session begins at 4:00 PM — please plan your arrival accordingly.
  • Check-out: By 11:30 AM on the final day (Day 3). Late check-out may be arranged on request at additional charge.
  • Flexibility & Cooperation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances — weather, temple closures, or local conditions — the retreat schedule may be adjusted. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Group Size: This is a small-group retreat. Limited spots are available to ensure personal attention and a genuine community experience.
  • Health & Dietary Needs: Please inform us of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies at the time of registration so we can accommodate you appropriately.
